1. About these terms
WealthenX is a product of [[LEGAL NAME]] ("we", "us"), [[REGISTERED ADDRESS]]. These terms apply when you use the WealthenX app or this website. When you use them, you agree to these terms.
2. What WealthenX does
WealthenX helps you record what you own and owe, the people in your plan, and the nominees for each asset. It helps you prepare a will and checks in with you from time to time.
WealthenX does not move money. It does not buy or sell investments. It does not change a nomination at a bank or a fund house. It does not give investment advice.
3. Who can use WealthenX
You must be 18 or older and able to make a contract under Indian law.
4. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a code that we send by text message. Your secure records open only with your passcode or your biometrics on your phone. Keep your passcode to yourself. If you forget it, our support team can help you get your records back after we check who you are.
5. Your will
A will made in WealthenX is valid only after you print it, sign it and have it witnessed as the law requires. You are responsible for the facts that you enter, for example names, addresses and asset details. A nomination at an institution stays as it is until you change it there.
6. Check-ins
WealthenX asks you from time to time to confirm that you are well. If you do not respond, we try to reach you through the app, by text message and by phone, as the app describes. We act for your family only after we receive proof of death, under the process that the app shows.
7. Paid plans and payments
- Recording your wealth and making a will with the Free plan cost nothing.
- The app shows the price of a paid plan, including GST, and what you get, before you pay.
- We send a payment link by text message. The link is valid for 24 hours, and we keep the price for that time.
- Razorpay processes the payment. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- A paid plan is a one-time payment. It does not renew.
- Your plan starts in the app when Razorpay confirms the payment.
- Refunds follow our refund policy.
8. Legal review
The Lawyer-Checked Will plan includes one review of your will by a legal professional. The professional reads the will that you send for review and gives you notes in the app. The review covers only that will. It does not make the professional your lawyer for any other matter.
9. Fair use
Do not use WealthenX to break the law. Do not add another person's data without the right to do so. Do not try to get access to other accounts, to our systems or to our source code.
10. Closing your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time in Settings. We delete your data 30 days after your request, and you can cancel the request during that time. We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.
11. Limits
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that the service will never stop. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong information that you enter.
12. Changes and law
We will tell you in the app before these terms change. Indian law applies to these terms. The courts at [[CITY FOR COURTS]] decide any dispute.
