WealthenXPrivacy policy
1. Who we are
[[LEGAL NAME]], [[REGISTERED ADDRESS]], decides how WealthenX uses your personal data. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules.
2. What we collect
- Your mobile number, name, date of birth, gender, e-mail and addresses.
- The assets, loans and nominees that you record, the people that you add, and your will.
- Photos that you upload of a signed will.
- For a paid plan: the plan, the amount, the GST split, your state for GST, the invoice number and the Razorpay payment reference. We do not receive your card, UPI or bank details.
- A device identifier and the app version, so that your account works on one phone at a time.
This website does not use cookies or analytics.
3. What we cannot read
Asset details, your will, sensitive details of people (for example ID numbers) and your PAN are encrypted on your phone before they reach us. We store only the encrypted form. Your passcode and your biometrics never leave your phone.
4. Why we use it
- To keep your records secure and to let you use them on your phone.
- To check in with you, and to contact the people that you name when the process in the app requires it.
- To help your family find what you own.
- To take payments, send invoices and keep tax records.
We ask your consent for each purpose separately. You can see and change your choices in Settings. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Who else processes it

6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data after 30 days. We keep payment records for as long as tax law requires. We keep a record of security events, without the contents of your records, where the law requires it.
7. How we protect it
We encrypt your records on your phone, encrypt all traffic, limit staff access, and log sensitive actions.
8. Your rights
You can see and download your data, correct it, withdraw a consent, and ask us to delete your data. You can name a person to use these rights for you after your death or if you cannot act.
9. Children
WealthenX is for people aged 18 or older. When you add a child as a person or a beneficiary, you give their details as their parent or guardian.
10. Questions and complaints
