WealthenXRefund and cancellation policy
1. Free plan
The Free plan has no payment, so there is nothing to refund or cancel.
2. Lawyer-Checked Will
[[REFUND RULE — proposal:]] You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if the legal review has not started. After the review starts, we cannot give a refund, because a legal professional has worked on your will.
3. Payment problems
- Money left your account, but the plan did not start: Usually the bank reverses the payment by itself within 5–7 working days. If it does not, contact us with the payment reference.
- You paid twice for the same plan: We refund the extra payment in full.
4. Cancellation
A paid plan is a one-time payment. There is no subscription to cancel. If you do not pay, the payment link stops working after 24 hours, and you pay nothing.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Send an e-mail to support@wealthenx.com.
- Give the mobile number of your account and the payment reference from the text message or the Razorpay receipt.
We reply within 2 working days. When we approve a refund, the money goes back to the payment method that you used. Your bank can take 5–7 working days to show it.
